Madalitso Juwayeyi is a highly experienced and dedicated advocate for Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) and Youth, with a profound commitment to advancing gender equality, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), HIV prevention, and girls’ education. With a Postgraduate Diploma in International Gender Equality Studies and Training, Madalitso brings over 5 years of experience to the role.

Madalitso possesses a diverse skillset including project management, project implementation, training, gender analysis, and grant proposal writing. She excels in advocacy management and have a proven track record of forging strategic partnerships to foster positive transformation within communities. Notably, Madalitso has championed the establishment of a youth-friendly SRHR center in Blantyre, Malawi, and has provided vital training to over 20,000 young people and community members on youth leadership, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and inclusivity.
