Event Overview
In a bid to groom leaders that will lead impactful change and development in their communities through different organisations, Forum for AIDS Counselling and Training (FACT Malawi) hosted an Organizational Development and Management Workshop on 28th June at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) in Blantyre.
The workshop brought together over 200 participants, including students, recent graduates, job seekers, and young leaders involved with various community organizations.
Facilitated by experienced NGO professionals, the sessions focused on practical skills including proposal writing, resource mobilisation, project management, and understanding how NGOs operate.
